Payment must be made immediately after the reservation. The vehicle is fully booked after full payment only

No, this amount is not a payment, it’s a pre-authorization to be used in cases of future debits, such as fines, tolls and vehicle damages. It is a hold on your credit card limit.
No, the security deposit amount is normally released by your bank in approximately 7 business days after the vehicle drop off.
Yes, but the cardholder will be added to the contract as a driver and must present himself with the appropriate identification at the time of receiving the car to sign the agreement.
Our vehicles are luxury vehicles and we have a limited number so we can only have a limited number of bookings. When you make a reservation, this vehicle is locked for you in our system and is not offered for rent to anyone else. So if you cancel, modify or not show up for your reservation you will be charged 100% of the total cost of the rental as a cancellation fee. We do not refund. We ask that you do not make reservations if you are not sure you can keep it.
No. Returns are pre-scheduled according to your contract and can not be changed. Any change of location and time will be added to administrative charges.
Yes, the vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel delivered. If this does not happen you will be charged the amount / gallon agreed in the rental agreement.
Rental vehicles may not be driven outside the state of Florida. Any trip over 250 miles (400 km from rental place, requires written authorization. Failure to comply will void the insurance, allow us to get the car back immediately and administrative costs and charges.
Between 100 to 200 miles/day. It depends on the category of the vehicle. Check out the mileage included before you finish your reservation. Additional mileage fees apply when vehicles are returned and charged to your credit card.
The renter is liable for all speeding, traffic, parking, or other tickets or violations issued while the vehicle is in your possession and must pay for any and all penalties, fees, towing charges, or impound costs. It is not our responsibility to prove veracity or appeal of fines.
You must make the payment to the authorities in person, by phone or online. If you don’t pay, EZ ROAD Rental will charge you the amount of the ticket plus administrative fee.
No. Smoking, eating or drinking inside the vehicle is prohibited under penalty of a fine of U$250-$1000 or according to the rental agreement. Additional costs in case of extremely dirty car return are applicable.
EZ ROAD Rentals policy prohibits vehicles to be used:
•for any illegal purpose or illegal activity
•by anyone without a drivers license or driver’s who have a suspended or restricted license
•for pushing or towing anything
•to exceed any posted speed limits
•on any unpaved surface
•to carry persons (including limo service) or property for hire
•in any race, rally, speed contest, speed test, track day, speed endurance contest, demonstration, or on or near any racetrack or road course.
•to teach someone how to drive
•make professional movies or videos without our written authorization
If these Prohibited uses occur, we reserve the right to remotely disable your rental vehicle and retrieve it. We also charge you for any damages plus administrative fees and costs.
